Integrated Psychotherapy is a method of combining various effective elements of therapy for a more individual and personal approach to helping you understand, process and change elements in your life which you are unhappy with.
Typically I use elements of traditional Counselling- non-judgemental listening, allowing the client to express their issues in their way, CBT - a planned exploration of specific issues that need to improve, Hypnotherapy - using suggestions to align the unconscious with the conscious mind, NLP - to learn more effective ways to use our minds, beliefs and values, and Transactional Analysis - looking at how and why we interact with others in certain situations.
It has proved to be effective for over 20 years in helping with sadness, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, work and relationship problems, phobias, confidence, bereavement, grief and loss, empty nest syndrome and all kinds of life issues.
