Time for you...to make a change
Appointments are available for daytime, evenings and weekends.
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This will be discussed on your free initial consultation.
Each session will usually last 60 minutes although due to the nature of the work we may run over slightly or come to a natural break a little earlier. Longer sessions are available if needed.
Although most of my work is aimed at helping people manage personal change, sometimes you just need a session to "offload" and recharge. For this I offer a two hour ‘Release and Recharge’ session at £105. One of these sessions a month or six sessions over a year can be a good way to keep your mental balance if you work in a challenging environment.
In-person sessions take place at the beautiful Harmony Centre, Walpole near Halesworth, Suffolk.
In-person sessions generally allow for better rapport and fewer distractions.
Online is via Zoom (no zoom account needed).
Online gives the option to enjoy a session from wherever you are, but please remember I work in the London GMT time zone.
Whichever option you choose, I offer a free initial consultation by phone, so you can ask any questions you may have and we can ensure that we will work well together.
There is nothing special that you need to do before a session, just eat a light meal at the normal time and dress comfortably.

Communication is key to this process so we will perform a brief technical check prior to your first online session.
I welcome clients regardless of race, religion, sex, gender, disability or age (as long as you are over 18). However, a good level of conversational English is critical to the success of the therapy. We can discuss this in the free call.
